Sassoon Online Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

If you need to change your password, follow these simple steps:
- Make sure you are on the Online section of the website: https://online.sassoon-global.com/
- Pop up the Log In form by selecting the button in the top right.
- Select the "Forgot your password?" link below username and password.
- Enter your registered email address and follow the instructions sent to your email.
- Create a new password and log in with your updated credentials.
- Please log into your account.- Make sure you are logged in with the account that you wish to cancel.
- Make sure you log in at Online section of the site at: https://online.sassoon-global.com/
 
- The 'Log in' button will now be a 'Profile' button displaying the initals associated with the logged in account. Please open the drop down menu on your Profile.
- Select 'Online Account Management' from where you can cancel your subscription.
To access your Online content:
- Navigate to the Online section of the Sassoon website by selecting Online from the top toolbar. https://online.sassoon-global.com/
- Select your profile icon (your initials in the top right corner which will replace the Log In button once you are logged in) and select My Content from the drop down menu.
- You can use the Search bar to search for specific items of content.
- It may be easiest to find content in 'List view'.

Until it is completed you will need to unsubscribe and then resubscribe on the new card.
