If you need to change your password, follow these simple steps:
- Go to the Login/Create Account page on our website.
- Select the "Forgot your password?" link.
- Enter your registered email address and follow the instructions sent to your email.
- Create a new password and log in with your updated credentials.
You can cancel your membership easily using one of these options:
Option 1: Through Your Card Provider
- Contact your card provider (bank) directly and request to cancel your subscription. It is possible that you could do this using your banking app depending on the card you used.
Option 2: Contact Our Support Team
- Email us at support@sassoon-online.com with your account details and subscription information.
- Our team will process your cancellation and confirm it via email.
An option to cancel your subscription via the website will be available shortly.
To access your online content:
- Navigate to the Online section of the Sassoon website by selecting Online from the top toolbar.
- Select your profile icon (your initials in the top right corner) and select My Learning Dashboard from the menu.
Here, you’ll find all your available content.
